A mama with muddy hands, growing flowers from seeds — sharing seasonal beauty one bloom at a time.

My story

Hi, I’m Shannon — a flower-loving mama based in Hamilton, NZ, where I live with my husband and our three beautiful kids. My love for flowers began when I looked after my mum’s garden while she was away for six weeks, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m now heading into my third summer of growing, and there’s something so special about starting plants from seed and watching them grow and producing beautiful blooms. I especially love the creative side of flowers — gathering freshly cut blooms from the garden and thoughtfully arranging them into bunches that reflect the season’s charm. Whether it’s a wrapped bouquet or a bucket of blooms, I find so much joy in playing with colour, texture, and form. The garden is my happy place, you will often find me out just checking on the flowers or taking way too many photos of all the flowers, and I love inviting others in to my garden to learn, connect, and discover the magic of growing their own flowers.

This little flower-filled life is my happy place — and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re looking for blooms, inspiration, or just a moment of peace in the garden, I can’t wait to share the beauty of it all with you. Let’s grow something beautiful together.
